Junior School Open Evening 2024

The Junior School Open Evening 2024 will take place on Wednesday 25th September.

The school will be open to Year 6 students (as well as any Year 5 students with EHCPs) accompanied by a maximum of two adults each. One other child is welcome as part of the family ticket. 

Entry to the school site will be via ticket only at the following times: 

- Anytime in the window between 4:30pm and 6:30pm 

- Anytime in the window between 5:30pm to 7:30pm 

We recommend that you download your ticket in advance or print it out as mobile reception is not strong on the school site. 

Please note that maximum numbers apply to each window. 

During your window we invite you to take a guided tour with one of our students, see the school’s facilities first hand, meet staff and hear a talk from the Headteacher at either 5pm, 6pm or 7pm. 

Information from subject areas will be available on our website from Friday 20th September. 

We kindly ask visitors to steer clear of Warren Road completely as it gets very congested and ask visitors not to block bus and resident access. Please walk to the school as there is no parking on site, except for blue badge holders. If you are a blue badge holder, please indicate this when booking your ticket. 

Families attending with more than four people will need to book two tickets. 

If you are unable to attend the Open Evening you are welcome to book an Open Morning instead. These will be held on Tuesday 1st October and Thursday 3rd October from 9:30am- 10:30am. Each ticket admits up to two people maximum. These are available on a first come first served basis.
